Tiffany Bucher
Tiffany Bucher is the Founder and Director of Belle of the Ball Pageants, creating a pageant experience built around confidence, character, and unforgettable memories.
While Belle of the Ball hosts a variety of exciting events throughout the year, Tiffany’s true passion lies within All-American Belle, our scholarship-style, natural pageant experience where confidence, community service, and personal growth take center stage. Her vision is to create a platform that prepares young women for more than just the stage by developing interview skills, leadership, public speaking, and a passion for making a difference in their communities.
Tiffany’s own pageant journey has shaped the heart behind Belle of the Ball. Pageantry taught her how to lead a room, confidently share her voice, stand up for what she believes in, and represent herself with grace and respect. Her goal is to give every contestant the opportunity to discover those same qualities within themselves.
Tiffany founded Belle of the Ball in 2019 while completing her undergraduate degree, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She later continued her education and earned her Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, further strengthening her passion for confidence, mindset, goal-setting, and personal growth.
Outside of pageantry, Tiffany is a proud mom and fiancée. She shares her life with her fiancé, Chris, and their son, Colton, who was born in 2026 during the exciting first year of Belle of the Ball’s Regional events. Tiffany and Chris are also excited to welcome their second child in February 2027.

Joy Bucher
Joy has been part of the Belle of the Ball journey from the very beginning, helping bring our vision of a family-friendly pageant experience to life. As a behind-the-scenes supporter, she has helped me grow Belle of the Ball into the welcoming and encouraging event it is today.
She enjoys helping with special details, prize shopping, and creating memorable touches that make each event feel extra special. Throughout the weekend, you can find Joy connecting with contestants and families, making everyone feel welcomed and like part of the Belle family.
Outside of pageantry, Joy is a proud mom of five children and brings the same love, patience, and care that she has shown her own family into every Belle of the Ball event. Her support, kindness, and dedication have helped shape the heart of what Belle of the Ball represents.

Official MC & Party HostBrittany Bucher
Brittany Bucher brings the energy, excitement, and personality to every Belle of the Ball event as our Official MC & Party Host. Her love for being behind the microphone began at just 14 years old, and through years of growth and experience, she has become the recognizable voice of Belle of the Ball.
Known for her ability to engage audiences of all ages, Brittany helps create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every contestant and family. From guiding competitions on stage to hosting parties and special events, she brings the excitement and heart that make each Belle experience unforgettable.
With her own background in pageantry as a titleholder and competitor, Brittany understands the nerves, excitement, and joy that come with stepping on stage. Her confidence, positivity, and passion for creating meaningful moments make her an important part of the Belle of the Ball family.
Media & Event AssistantChristy Bucher
Christy is passionate about the pageant industry both on and off the stage. As she heads into her senior year, she continues to grow her experience as an MC in training, while supporting events through photography and backstage assistance.
She loves being part of each contestant’s journey and helping create memorable, organized, and exciting pageant experiences. Her passion for pageantry shines through in the way she encourages contestants and helps every event run smoothly.
